MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Conduct machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure by the way anomalies identifications, recording and breakdown reporting monitoring
2. Execute electronic/mechanical/hydraulic work/…when required for trouble shouting of all installations/maintenance
3. Monitor condition of line process, utility system during shift time
4. Make specific changes independently to equipment when clear instruction is given by the maintenance engineer
5. Work closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to achieve the required output from the machines. Besides, need to support pending activities completion
6. Monitor to tag machines in maintenance activities
7. Update documentation (work orders, spare parts, etc) as specified by the maintenance department procedure
8. Provide guidance and assistance to Autonomous Maintenance in cleaning, inspection and lubrication
9. Participate in improvement teams/initiatives by analysis with inputs and observation
10. Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Able to work shifts (3 shifts, 8 hours/ shift - Mon to Sat) in VSIP IIA, BInh Duong
• Bachelor/College Degree in mechatronics, automation, mechanics engineering, electrics, automation, printing
• 1 to less than 3 years in maintenance technician/engineer role
• Knowledge of maintenance automatic, electrical PLC Siemens S7-300/400, Simotion, WinCC flexible, WinCC explorer, Bosch Rexroth and Lenze Servo drive, AHU, hydraulics, pneumatics and other facilities systems
• Fairly good English communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Good logical thinking and good solving skills
