Our client is a FDI company in agricultural field, now looking for a Workshop Manager (Planting Flowers, 800$, ID3650)

• Responsible for developing planting plan, cultivation techniques, and other tasks of cutting off the bud, harvesting, spraying
• Manage workers and workplaces to achieve quick and effective work schedules
• Check the number of workers to timely coordinate the work between the groups to complete the work well in the day
• Observe and control all activities of workers in the production area in order to well implement the production plan set by the manager
• Evaluate the situation of workers, remind workers to comply with the rules of the company
• Monitoring, recording and processing data of Planting, harvesting, labor management, fertilizers, pesticides, materials ... for the purpose of production and business of the company.
• Provide regular training to the workers

Requirement

• Male/Female; Age: over 30 
• University degree major in agriculture, biology,... or other related fields
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar position, with good knowledge of chrysanthemum is an advantage
• Intermediate level of English
• Good computer skills
