Alchemy Asia is currently recruiting for all sales positions (GT, MT, On-Trade, International Accounts) at HCMC, Hanoi, Nha Trang & Phu Quoc

Alchemy Asia is a newly established sales and marketing company in the wine & spirits industry with an international brand portfolio including The Famous Grouse Whisky, The Macallan Single Malt, Cutty Sark Blended Malt Whisky, Brugal Rum and Snow Leopard Vodka amongst a stable of brands. Alchemy Asia spans across the Indochina markets- Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos with a view to broaden both its market coverage and the portfolio to become a recognized independent industry player in the region.

  • Supervising & Being responsible for the sales volume 
  • Making sales plan for the area to grow distribution and range across the managed account base 
  • Responsible to open new account and follow up sales and merchandise at current account to achieve the sales target. 
  • Expanse of outlet and new distribution
  • Develop brand sales and visibility in the assigned outlets 
  • Administrative support to the manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels in management 
  • Ensuring monthly & weekly reports are completed correctly & by timeline as requested
  • Ad-hoc as requested by management
  • Details will be discussed during the interview

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Graduate in marketing or business from an international university course
  • Must enjoy the lifestyle of going out to bars, restaurants and clubs
  • English communication
  • Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels
  • Excellent relationship and networking skills, planning skills
  • Highly self-motivated and result oriented
  • Independent in job handling and cooperate well with other colleagues in different sections.
  • 1-5 years in a sales role in FMCG, on-premise or liquor an advantage
  • Workplace: HCM, Hanoi, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc
